When is my Deffenbaugh Industries invoice due?

All residential invoices are due on the 20th of the first month of your billing cycle.

How often will I get an invoice?

You will receive your invoice on a quarterly basis, and we bill one quarter in advance. Each month, unpaid balances will generate a reminder statement that will be mailed to you.

Can I pay my invoice before it is due?

You can pay your invoice before it is due. If you pay your balance before the due date, you may receive a monthly statement notifying you there is a credit balance on your account.

Are there late fees if my invoice is not paid by the due date?

If your invoice remains unpaid at 45 days past due, you may be assessed a $10.00 late fee and your service may be interrupted.

Why is there an admin fee on my invoice?

The admin fee on your invoice is assessed to cover the additional costs of paper, postage, and processing. This fee will be assessed even if you pay online or by phone.

How can I pay my Deffenbaugh Industries invoice?

Below are several options to pay your bill:

  • Pay your bill by mailing residential payments to P.O. Box 3421, Shawnee, KS 66203
  • Pay your bill online by check or debit/credit card, by selecting “Online Bill Pay” on the top, right-hand side of our website
  • Pay your bill by calling 913-631-3300 (Ask your Customer Satisfaction Representative about our auto-pay option, which gives you the choice to have your payment automatically drafted from your savings or checking account on a monthly or quarterly basis.)

How long does it take for my check or debit/credit card payment to post to my account?

If you are paying by check or credit/debit card, please allow approximately two business days for the payment to post.

If I pay with my bank’s online service, how long does it take to process?

If you are paying via your bank’s online bill pay service, please allow up to 10 business days for the payment to post.

NOTE: This information applies to subscription, residential, customers only. For residents who live within a homeowners association and/or that fall within a city contract, answers may vary and you should check with your city or homeowners association. Thank you.
